We are now in the final stages of preparation for our Concert.
It is extremely important that you are in the BAND for your child's class. This is where all of the important information for the concert will be located. 
Specific questions to your class would be best answered by your teacher, so messaging in BAND would be best. 
Our lovely Deonne has her finger on the pulse for most everything to do with the studio, however this concert and the 430+ students involved is a mammoth task, so the website, BAND and teachers should be your first port of call.
We have extra rehearsal times coming up for the concert. They are listed below and also all information is on the Website.

Rehearsals - Pre School does not have any Rehearsals
We will be having rehearsals for each Act over November and December. Below are the days and times that we have set aside for these rehearsals. We will put up more specific information onto the class Bands as we get it.

Mass Rehearsal: Saturday 2nd December at the studio
Technical Rehearsal: Thursday 7th Dec (Whole show) at the Regent
Dress Rehearsal: Friday 8th Dec (Whole show) at the Regent
Mass Rehearsal: Information at Danceworks 
Pre School does not have any Rehearsals

Our Mass rehearsal is the time to see the show come together and it is very important that students attend this rehearsal. It is on Saturday December 2nd  from 12.00pm please see information above. This will have times when your child will be required and we will be running this in the order that the show will be. There will also be times your child may not be needed and they can go home for this time.
Pre School classes only will run this Saturday 2nd December.

Show Rehearsal Times at the Regent 
Technical Rehearsal will be on the 7th December from 4.00pm
Dress Rehearsal will be on the 8th December from 4.00pm-These two days we will be doing a full run through of the show on each day.
For the Technical Rehearsal you just wear your normal uniform.
For the Dress Rehearsal you will need to wear (bring) your costumes and we will also be doing hair for this rehearsal. (No makeup to be worn to Dress Rehearsal)
Your child will be required to stay until they have finished all of their dancing on these days, we will communicate via BAND when you can pick up your child.
Pre School does not have Rehearsals 

General Information:
Tickets are on sale and the seats are allocated, so if you haven't go them already then get in quick to secure your seats.

Costumes will be given out the weekend of Mass Rehearsal so they can be worn at Dress Rehearsal. If you are not able to pickup your costume on the 2nd December then please let admin know as soon as possible so you can arrange another time. 
Pre School costumes will be given out on the Saturday 2nd in their morning class or on the 4th in the Monday morning class. 

Please re-read your costume information that was emailed and if you have to provide any part of the costume e.g. specific tights, a leotard etc, that you know what it is you need to purchase and have time to buy this.

Hair and makeup, this information should now be on your band, please familiarise yourself with it and ask any questions needed on BAND.
Photographs: The shows will be photographed and videoed again this year. Videos and Programmes need to be ordered so please fill in the forms required.
