Tickets will be available for purchased from Tickitek The Regent on Broadway in November. Date to be advised 

Friday 12th December -Tech rehearsal 4pm start (Regent on Broadway)
Saturday 13th December - Dress rehearsal 10am (Regent on Broadway)

Concert Duration:
Our concert will run for around 3 hours, including intervals. Please note that our prizegiving will follow after the show and may add another 30–45 minutes.
With around 71 classes and 300+ students to get on stage, it's a big job juggling everything! We work hard to give every dancer their moment to shine while keeping the show flowing and as manageable as possible for families.

We do understand that this can be a long time for some of our younger performers. You're more than welcome to collect your child once they've performed during the intervals only. If you are wanting them to stay and watch the rest of the show with you, they'll need their own ticket from the Regent.

We really appreciate your support and understanding as we try to create a special experience for all our dancers and their families!

Costumes
Costume charges will have been billed to all families by 31st August. These will be due in full by September 30th.  If you think you will need one, a payment plan will be available. Please note this will require regular weekly/fortnightly payments over a certain timeframe which will be advised at the time. Once you have been invoiced please contact admin for the link to the form to fill in for this. 

All students must have their measurement forms completed and returned to reception by 14th August.
You'll find a copy attached to this email. If you require a hard copy, this can be collected from reception.
Please make sure to include all measurements the form asks for and your child's PW leotard size on the form,  this is essential to being able to size your child correctly. 

Please note participation in the concert is not compulsory, however it is a much anticipated and enjoyable event for our students.

IMPORTANT!! Your child IS automatically enrolled in the concert please advise via email if your child WILL NOT be participating in the Junior/Senior Concert by the 14th August.
