To help the programme run smoothly and ensure all students have a safe, enjoyable time, please read the following carefully:

Food & Drinks

• Please pack enough food for the whole day – the children are active and will need extra fuel. It’s always better to send too much food than not enough.

• Each child must bring a drink bottle. Refill stations are available at the studio.

Clothing

• Children should wear comfortable dance-appropriate clothing.

• Please also pack warm clothing for after classes or during breaks.

Health & Safety

• Children must remain on the premises during the day.

• If your child is unwell, please keep them at home and notify Administration of their absence.

• Vomiting requires a 48-hour stand down before returning.

• Any medical requirements must be discussed with our Administrator when dropping your child off.

• Unacceptable behaviour will result in parents being contacted and asked to collect their child.

Sign In / Out

• Parents must come to the reception desk each day to sign their child in and out.

• If someone else is collecting your child, please notify Administration in advance.

Programme Hours

• Drop-off: From 8:30am

• Pick-up: No later than 5:45pm (late pickups will incur additional charges).

Fees & Registration

• The timetable is subject to change.

• All fees must be paid in full prior to the programme.

• Registration alone does not confirm your place – spots are only secured once full payment has been received.

• Please note: fees are non-refundable.
