Ballet

Welcome

Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles and is offered at our studio from Pre Primary through to Advanced 2. Our classes follow the internationally recognised Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, focusing on correct technique, strength, posture, musicality, and artistry. Students progress through graded and vocational levels at a pace suited to their development, with opportunities to sit RAD examinations and build a strong, confident foundation for all forms of dance.

Everything from teachers to examiners are of an International standard. We currently have three RTS (registered teacher status) teachers. Miss Alison Pond also holds top qualifications including the Royal Academy of Dance Advanced Teaching Diploma and is also an examiner and tutor for the Royal Academy of Dance.
Miss Larina Hansen and Miss Grace Nemeth have competed their Certificate in Ballet Teaching and are a Registered Teachers of the Royal Academy of Dance.
